Park Hollow operates under a set of governing documents designed to protect property values, maintain community standards, and outline the rights and responsibilities of homeowners.

Governing Documents

 

Articles of Incorporation
The Articles of Incorporation establish Park Hollow Homeowners Association as a legal nonprofit entity in the State of Texas. This document defines the HOA’s official name, purpose, and basic structure, providing the legal foundation that allows the Association to operate, enter into contracts, and carry out its responsibilities on behalf of the community.

Covenants, Conditions, & Restrictions (CC&Rs)
The CC&Rs establish the standards and rules that keep Park Hollow beautiful, consistent, and enjoyable. These guidelines help protect property values and ensure a safe, well maintained neighborhood.

Collection Policy
This policy explains our yearly dues, how HOA assessments are billed, payment deadlines, and steps taken if an account becomes delinquent. It ensures fairness and clarity for all homeowners.

Enforcement Policy
This outlines how the HOA handles violations of community rules and architectural guidelines. We encourage voluntary compliance within reason.

Fines Policy
A detailed description of fines associated with violations, as well as the rights of homeowners, including notice and opportunity to resolve the situation.

Foreclosure Policy
This establishes the procedures and protections regarding assessment-related foreclosures, and all funds due have been collected before sale, this complies with all Texas Property Code requirements.

Information on Solar Energy Device rights for Park Hollow in accordance with Texas law.
First Amendment to the Bylaws
Updates and clarifications to the original Bylaws to reflect the current needs and structure of the HOA.

Architectural / Property Modification Approval Form
Any exterior change to your property, such as paint, roofing, fencing, landscaping, additions, solar installations, or others not mentioned, require prior approval from the Architectural Control Committee (ACC).
Use this form to submit your request and ensure that modifications meet neighborhood standards, keep the community consistent, and protect property values, no modifications can be initiated without approval.
