At Park Hollow, we believe communication works best when it starts neighbor-to-neighbor and with kindness. Before sending a formal violation letter, our HOA Board uses friendly door tags as a courtesy reminder to help residents address common community guideline issues.

These door tags are intended to be respectful, personal, and proactive, giving neighbors an opportunity to quickly resolve concerns while helping us maintain the beauty, safety, and property values of our community.

 

We understand that sometimes things are simply overlooked, and this approach allows us to work together in a more positive and neighborly way.

Lawn & Landscaping Care

• Grass/Repair or replace patchy areas
Fill in bare patches with seed or sod as needed. 

• Grass/Mow and edge regularly
Keep grass trimmed and neatly edged, especially when it grows around sidewalks and driveways.

• Leaves/Rake and bag leaves
Please take care of leaves regularly during fall, winter, and as needed, this helps keep your yard and neighboring areas clean, please don't wait for the wind to blow them away and affect others. 

• Bushes/Remove or replace dead items
Clear out dead plants and refresh your flowerbeds with new shrubs or flowers. 

• Trees/Trim or remove dead branches
Trim shrubs and bushes regularly, and have trees professionally trimmed once a year. Properly prepared branches and yard debris can be set out for trash pickup or scheduled for bulk collection. 

Exterior Maintenance

• Fences/Repair posts, pickets or full replacement
Fix or replace broken or missing pickets and address any leaning sections. HOA approval and a city permit are required for new fences. 

• Brick and Stone Features
Maintain and repair stone steps, tree rings, and flowerbed borders as needed. A professional mason may be helpful for these repairs. 

General Property Guidelines

• Storage Cans or Bins/Not visible at front of side
No trash can / bins should be visible at front side of the property.

Trash Cans/Put out early or removed late

Place trash cans out after 6pm the day before scheduled collection by the city and remove them from street the same day trash has been collected.

• Street/Parked cars not moved every 24 hours
Vehicles parked on the street should be moved at least every 24 hours. 

• Street/Commercial vehicles not allowed
Commercial vehicles may not be parked on the street.

Seasonal Decorations

Holiday Decoration/Remove after holiday season
• Please remove decorations promptly after the holiday or season ends. (Halloween, Christmas, Memorial Day, July 4th, Veterans Day, etc)
